102.3 KCUV donated more than 20 music instruments to Denver’s West High School Music Department on Monday, February 25 as part of its “Music For Schools” program. KCUV solicited instrument donations from listeners during the 2007 Holiday Season and collected 11 acoustic guitars, five saxophones, three trumpets and a number of other instruments and amplifiers.

Musical entertainment, food/beverages and celebrity judges like KCUV’s own G Brown are sure to make this a fun, memorable event. Event entry fees from Corporate Teams will benefit adult and family literacy programs offered through The Learning Source. However, there is no charge to come and watch the fun on May 16.
